작가노트  

​

세상이 창조되었다.
수많은 존재와 행위들이 창조되었지만,
그 어떠한 것에도 의미가 없었으며 
이름조차 없었다.
그저 창조되었을 뿐이었다.

​

그러나 함께 창조된 ‘나’들은 스스로 존재와 행위들에게 이름과 의미를 부여했다.
창조물인 ‘나’들은 새로운 창조를 함으로써 ‘나’임을 증명할 수 있다.
‘나’들은 창조 그 자체인 것이다.

​

하얀 종이 위 검은 선들 속에는
흑 / 백
계획 / 우연
그리려 했던 것 / 그리려 하지 않았던 것 
그리고 싶었던 것 / 그리지 못한 것
직시 / 외면
탄생 / 죽음
있다 / 없다
‘나’인 것 / ‘나’가 아닌 것 ..
'나'와 ...

​

모든 것들은 서로 교집합 되며 새로운 창조를 만들고,
하나의 얼룩이 되어 세상에 증명을 한다.

Artist Statement​

​

The world was created.
All beings and actions were created,
but nothing meant anything.
There was no name.
It was just created.

​

However, the 'I' created together, gave names and meanings to beings and actions.
Creation‘I’ can prove that they are ‘I’ with new creation.
'I' are creation itself.

​

Inside the black lines on the white paper
black / white
planed / unplanded
trying to draw / didn't want to draw
wanted to draw / couldn't draw
looking straight ahead / looking away
birth / death
yes / no
What is 'I' / what is not 'I'
'I' and ...

​

All things intersect and create a new creation,
Become a stain and prove it to the world.
