H.아트브릿지는 8월 22일부터 8월 28일 까지 임주영 작가의 개인전 <  WHEN I FALL DOWN >를 전시합니다.

작가노트 

​

주제는 ‘내가 무너질 때입니다.’
많은 시행착오와 실수와 실패 속에서 어떤 힘으로 버텨왔고, 어떤 생각을 갖고 있었는지에 대한 이야기를 담고 있습니다.
우울과 좌절, 실패 속에서도 항상 기회와 행복은 내 주위에 있고,
나를 움직이시는 하나님의 놀라운 힘을 나누고 싶은 마음으로
매일 기도하며 이 모든 작품들을 해나갔습니다.

저의 모든 작품들은 내면의 이야기를 꺼내어 표현했기에
작품을 보실 때 자신의 내면을 들여다보시길 바라는 마음입니다.
또한, 스스로에게 지금 어떤 상태인가 질문을 던져 본다면 더욱 좋을 것 같습니다.

“무너질지언정, 아픔보다 행복을 찾으세요.”

Artist Statement

​

The theme is 'when I fall down.'

It tells the story of what I’ve been thinking and what I’ve been through in my past struggles, errors, mistakes and failures. 
In the midst of depression, frustration and failure, there was always opportunities and happiness around me.
I want to share the amazing power of God that moved me and made me able to do all these works by praying every day.
Since all my works brought out the inner story, I hope that you will look inside yourself when you see my work. 
Also, it would be better to ask yourself what kind of situation you’re at now.
 
“Even though it may lead to a failure, find your happiness rather than pain.”
